What our analytics records
The site runs one small analytics script of our own. It is not an advertising tracker and feeds no ad network. For each visit it notes:
- the pages opened, how far down each one was scrolled and how long it stayed open;
- taps on a call, text, email or booking link, and copying the phone number;
- the kind of device (phone, tablet or computer) and the browser family;
- the country the visit comes from;
- how quickly the page loaded.
Calls and bookings: when you tap a phone, text, email or booking link on this site, our own analytics stores the IP address of that visit together with the action, so we can see roughly where requests come from. We keep it for 90 days, use it for nothing else, and never sell or share it.
Visit recordings: the site also uses PostHog, a service of PostHog Inc. in the United States, to see how visitors use it. It records the pages you open, where you click and how far you scroll, your device and browser type, page-speed measurements, and a replay of the visit in which anything typed into a field is hidden. PostHog receives your IP address, keeps it with this data and uses it to estimate your approximate location. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, nothing is recorded. We use it only to improve this site and never sell it; PostHog keeps recordings for 30 days and other usage data for up to one year.
No cookies
Neither our analytics nor PostHog sets cookies, which is why this site shows no cookie banner. A visit is held only in the open browser tab and ends when the tab is closed. Our own analytics keeps no IP address from an ordinary visit; PostHog keeps it with its usage data, as described above.
Booking online
The book-online link takes you to the scheduler’s own site, nexfield.pro. What you enter there is handled by that service under its own terms, not by this website.
