Before you book
Do you repair Sub-Zero units in kitchen islands and bars?
Yes. Undercounter refrigerators and refrigerator or freezer drawers in islands and bars are repaired where they stand, like the full-size built-ins. Mention where the unit is when you book, because one in an island may need the area around its base cleared so we can reach the grille.
I just bought a house with a Sub-Zero. Can you tell me its condition?
Yes. The visit includes a full diagnosis, and if nothing is wrong we say so, along with anything worth watching, such as a door seal starting to harden or dust packed on the condenser. For a unit that came with the house, it is an inexpensive way to learn where it stands.
